Responsibilities

  • Be an integral part of Casculate’s backend development and contribute to the improvement of our product.​
  • Deploy and operate microservices on Kubernetes using GitOps to ensure our systems run smoothly.
  • Extend the existing backend pipelines for extracting features and training / running ML models to improve the performance of our product.
  • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure our development processes are efficient.
  • Implementation of REST APIs to ensure smooth interaction between our systems and other services.

Requirements

  • You have at least two years of practical experience as a Software / DevOps Engineer.
  • You have a degree in the field of computer science, business informatics, or similar.
  •  You possess very good Python programming skills.
  • You have good knowledge of Git.
  • You have expertise in Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
  •  You have Linux skills.
  • You have experience with Agile & SCRUM in software development.
  • You are located in Germany. 

Nice to Have

  • You have GitOps experience (Argo CD).
  •  You have knowledge of other programming languages (e.g. Java, C++, C#, R, etc.).
  • You have experience with ML frameworks & Data Science.
